I’ve been working as a creative manager at the company for 5 years and 9 months. Processes, Managers, and Team: The creative department in the company is a solid 11 out of 10. One of the best creative teams I’ve worked with. No helicopter management: if something goes wrong, the question isn’t “who’s to blame?” but “how do we fix it?” The workload is pretty high, and someone coming from another company might feel stressed at first, but it’s only temporary. People in the department listen to you and actively bring in new research to share and make work twice as efficient. I highly recommend it! In short, the level of sanity (including leadership) is exceptional (in a good way). No behind-the-scenes power games or toxic behaviors. What’s important: they’re into memes and get jokes! Task setting is simple and clear. Priorities might change from year to year, but that’s just how the advertising industry works. Feedback is instant. If something’s wrong, they’ll tell you right away. If you want to say something, just schedule a call and speak up. It’s even encouraged! Conditions: Salary – market competitive. Bonuses – yes, they exist! Overtime work – only if you want it. A few days a week can be remote if you live in a city with an office. If not, you can work fully remotely, and that’s it. Nice, right? The office in Cyprus – just the fact that it’s on this beautiful island is tempting! (The office itself is good, bright, and comfortable). I recommend it to young, progress-hungry people. Zoomers will feel completely at ease, even the most recent ones. You just need to slay!
