SCF Management Services (Cyprus) Ltd. Deputy Fleet Manager & HSSE SI Deputy Fleet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of fleet operations to ensure that they are operated in accordance with the Company's SMS, all applicable Rules and Regulations, Management Agreements and Best Industry Practice. My role as Deputy Fleet Manager is involving decision making tasks, trouble-shouting & incidents, budget control, Dry dockings evaluation and executions, emergency repairs, marine and HSSE assistance and negotiations with Oil Major and commercial clients, full replacement of duty in the absence of Fleet Team Manager and direct involvement with the new building planning for LNG fueled Vessels and LNG bunkering. ------- As soon as I started the position, I was assigned as responsible from HSSE & Marine site of the new build Green Aframax tankers with Dual Fuel Engine. As part of this project, as SCF leader for the gas bunkering industry on vessels of this type, I was involved in discussions on a joint project with Shell regarding the World's first gas bunkering on this type of vessels and the main features and dangers. Vessel under my leadership several times passed the North Se Route including those LNG powered. Afterwards, I was assigned with five of the six Green Aframax Tankers DF (Ice Class) for which I was acting as Owner representative on deliveries, maiden voyages and their routine HSSE Superintendent.

, I returned to my responsibilities as an acting Superintendent & Deputy Fleet Manager on fleet of 24 Aframax & Product Tankers (Ice Class/DF). During this period I have attend more than 20 Internal Audits, repeatedly involved as a member and leader of the Incident Response Room in real incidents and drills and appointed as Duty Rapid Response Officer for the

Sovcomflot is Russia's largest shipping company, and one of the global leaders in the maritime transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as the servicing and support of offshore exploration and oil & gas production. HSSE SI is responsible for the Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality management of the vessels under full management in compliance with the Company's SMS. The responsibility covers the safe navigation of the fleet, all deck and cargo related operations and the vetting management activities. I was responsible for at least six vessels specialized on carrying Crude Oil, DPP and CPP with Ice Class. I had been involved also, except from the daily routines of handling those vessels, into Accident and Incident investigation reporting, new building specs, budget controls, Oil Major Vetting inspections.

Cadet - 3rdOfficer - 2nd Officer - Chief Officer ------- During this period, I was working for several terms, starting from cadet, as an officer on Crude Oil & Product tanker vessels of that particular shipping company. I was promoted rapidly in ranks and I gained a lot of experience due to my position, and my ability working as a part of a team, as also as a team leader in some occasions when was necessary. I developed also my ability to work effectively under pressure and improved my confidence.
