Lead contracts specialist
• Procurement of services. • Development of annual contracts strategy together with Contract Holders and Budget Holders, getting the Strategy approved by all parties involved, including the final approval of the Tender Board (Top Management). • Service and/or materials markets searching aimed at selection of vendors. • Pre-qualification of vendors, clarification of technical capabilities, requests for availability of required licenses or resources. • Commercial meetings and negotiations with vendors. • Development of contracts using either a pre-developed model contracts (developed either by Company or by Contractor) or from the “blank page”. • Implementation of incentive system for vendors. • Contract administration, as follows but not limited to: award of contract variations/change orders, claims settlement, management of contract documentation. • Contract Management database handling. • Development of criteria and methods of evaluation of bids. • Development and issue of ITMO (Invitation to Make Offers) to Bidders. • Evaluation of commercial proposals received. • Obtaining required approvals by Tender Board (Top Management), agreement of final terms & conditions with Bidders, contract award. • Adding contracts in SAP and CMS. • Contracts close-out.
