Corporation planning: -Budgeting (daily, monthly) in different areas of enterprises. -Planning, control, analysis of finance flows of companies groups. -Holding's tax planning and optimization. -Shipping management (order ships into the port, loading scrap into the ship, the time spent in transit, unloading scrap in the port of destination) Economical finance analysis, control and optimization: -Development budgeting system (methodology and regulations). -Introduction of optimization profit model in the context of business and commodity groups. -Analysis of the effectiveness of the enterprise, business trends, commodity groups. -Analysis and optimization of cost in the context of enterprises, units and products -Asset management, analysis of fixed assets of the enterprise, the coefficient of their utilization, analysis and monitoring of financial statements. -Monitoring of receivables, payables (using the model of automatic debt management). Supervision of the accounting department of the holding: -Supervision of the accounting and tax records in each enterprise. -Comparison of financial and management reporting. -Preparation of the consolidated statements of shareholders. -Developing, creating an efficient work-flow system. -Participation in the development and implementation of a program of human resource management. -Development of business processes for each post -Normalization of working time for each business processes for office staff. -Preparation of the desktop for each position based on standard business processes. -Analyze, optimize the use of labor resources, the development of staff motivation. -Implementation of the automatic calculation of the premium earned payment based on the execution of business processes. -Implementation of the system of control of execution of decisions.
