I have a small group of individuals who I regularly instruct in their personal fitness.

escorting groups of Russian Tourists visiting Cyprus from their hotels on the various excursions within the island - being responsible for them during excursion time. The groups were around 50-60 pax of all ages. Within one year, I was promoted to the position of General Manager heading a team of 3-4 guides and 6 other staff. My responsibilities included ensuring that all staff undertook their duties and that they were carried out to my satisfaction, problem solving when internal or even personal issues arose, managing employees schedules to ensure that the company was fully manned, organising in-training if and when required, split decision making. My responsibilities also extended to the visiting tourists when on-site, ensuring their wellbeing, safety and personal satisfaction. In my role as General Manager, my achievements included the design of a programme which implemented a standard for training employees towards higher performance, success and in turn minimized staff absenteeism. I also created and maintained a customer-focused training programme, which resulted in improved levels of customer retention, expectations, sales and support service. Parallel to the above, my secondary role included but was not limited to that of Administrative Assistant, undertaking all administration requirements, as well as solely managing the promotion and sale of the traditional products in the local store. During the `high' season, this brought in a substantial profit for the Company.

I rented a studio in Russia and opened my own fitness centre, including buying the equipment, scheduling classes and organising one-to-one personal training sessions. I solely managed the Studio and arranged for full financing of the establishment.

My role within this private gym included the management of the staff and the organising of the various fitness classes.
