• Control of the portfolio structure, preparing daily reports (PL, NAV, risk report and others) for traders, asset manager and shareholder. (US, EU, RUS markets) • Preparing different financial reports for the beneficial shareholders, calculation of the monthly NAV. •Daily and periodic reconciliation of cash and securities positions with Brokers, Banks, Custodians •Interacting to the different internal departments, including back-office, treasury and others, concerning different calculation, cost clearing and accounting of operations •Setup procedures with a number of foreign brokers and banks

•Responsibility for monthly NAV calculation of the both funds •Looking after the payments to/from the stock exchange, analyzing the fund investment manager’s operations and the structure of funds portfolio. • Entering and maintaining data concerning funds operations in the system and the files •Reconciling to various broker’s statements and to the Administrator NAV reports and statements •Interacting with the different institutional partners, for example with Cyprus broker concerning transactions, non-trade operations, daily reports, with BVI Administrator of the funds, with BVI auditors concerning annual audit, with BVI lawyers concerning different documents and cases. •Communication with fund’s investors, analyzing of investors needs/other requirements, answering questions.

• All back-office operations (4 russian mutual funds and 1 non-governmental pension fund) • Calculation of NAV daily, reconciliation the balances with the spec-depositary • Controlling the structure of positions of every fund according to the investing declaration and the laws of RF • Making the portfolio reports for the traders and the consolidated reports for the Directors • Preparing all the necessary statements for FFMS

• Back-office operations with equities, bonds, options and futures, Repo (on RTS, MICEX, FORTS and OTC) • Preparing reports for FFMS and for directors of the company • Preparing OTC agreements • Consulting the clients concerning terms and conditions of the brokerage agreements • Interacting to the others depositories, exchanges (contributions and withdrawals, opening an accounts)

• Consulting clients, preparing the business proposals and letters • Preparing statements for clients, Director and for a chief accountant • Making reports for FFMS according to the laws of RF • Developing the forms of internal documents according to the FFMS rules • Coordination of the work of the other departments concerning to the back-office operations • Interacting to the counterparts, depositories, banks, exchanges
