PA: Provide administrative support to the Executive in all day-to-day activities Maintain the Executive`s work schedule (calendar/trips vacations/appointments/medical visits/holidays etc.) Manage confidential documents and files Business contracts support: correspondence, mail management, organization of call with counterparties Setup travel arrangements Setup and coordinate meeting and conferences, record minutes of meetings Coordinate project-based works Personal Shopper (online shopping, cars, properties, etc.) Organizing personal commitments including childcare, birthday parties, celebrations, events Plan budgeting, manage petty cash and provide monthly expenses report Family education planning for both 2 children and continues education for family office owner and his spouse Executive`s property management in Spain, Russia, Cyprus, and Switzerland.
