• Evaluation of the market value and liquidity of the proposed pledge of property (real estate, transport, equipment, goods and materials) • The analysis of legal documents, including assessment of legal risks • Gathering the necessary documents and preparation of the conclusions and recommendations to the credit departments of the Bank • Cooperation with appraisers, insurance companies, Federal Service for State Registration, including control under the on-time implementation of the customers commitments • Preparation of different reports, support of Clients files • Monitoring of the Bank's Clients credit conditions

• Systematization, review and consolidation of law practice according civil, administrative and other legal relation • Proposal for improving AIS and unification of law practice • Elaboration and implementation of the automated information system "Legal proceedings" including adjustment and staff trainings • Statistical service and analysis of the Court • Information and reference support of judges and other employees of the Court

• Representing for the Federal Service in the Courts • Legal and methodical support of the Federal Service • Compliance control of the Federal Service’s drafts with applicable laws • Drafting civil laws

• Supporting of IS "Consultant+" • Preparation of Client’s contracts, control under client’s financial liabilities • Cooperation with state authorities, heads of major state structures of the region • Guidance of the subordinated specialists • Preparation commercial offers, required reports
