Responsibilities: 1. Setting - Up the Company and the office from the scratch, including but not limited to all administrative issues, necessary registrations, fillings and other arrangements; 2. Purchasing and procuring management; 3. Personnel recruitment, training, development, day-to-day human resources management, management social security and payroll providers; 4. Liaising with external parties on behalf of the Company 5. Suggesting and implementing Administration System, software platform and invoicing 6. Preparing Yearly Budgets; 7. Resolving all ad hoc issues and road blocks. 8. Dealing with the Registrar of Companies and other local authorities and establishing contacts. 9. Coordinating Company’s providers (accountants, auditors, lawyers, consultants, etc) 10. Participation in decision making on the matters related to the Company and its projects 11. Executing documents on behalf of the Company 12. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of FS and tax returns 13. Obtaining Company’s certificates and other corporate documents 14.
