Achievements: * The strategy and a detailed business plan were drafted and approved with headquarter responsible teams, was ready for board approval ; * Meetings with Central Bank of Russia arranged giving a positive result

Responsibility area: * Budgeting * Back-office * Operations and Payments * IT&TI * Client Service * Currency Control & AML * HR * Shared Services * Product development * Risk management ; * Procurement and vendor management, etc. Goals: * Meet P&L targets ; * Ensure seamless bank operations and high quality client service ; * Make sure the bank offers products and services customized to clients' needs ; * Introduce the culture of continuous process and efficiency improvement ; * Ensure risks are under control and at acceptable levels ; * Ensure bank expense is within the budget Achievements: * P&L targets always met, C/I ratio maintained at better than planned level ; * Client satisfaction maintained at a very high level, reaching 4.7 out of max 5 score ; * Risk management framework introduced, risk policies in place and in line with local and mother-company requirements, no major risk events ; * Several unique products launched enabling the sales team to win very important clients. We were the first in the market to offer a few products where bigger competitors had to follow our case ; * Payments STP rate significantly improved, enabling the bank to face times increase of volumes ; * Technology infrastructure architecture enhanced and COB plan introduced and regularly tested to ensure high availability of services ; * Significant information security improvements introduced resulting in no IS breach events.
