Convert leads into sales through a high quality service interaction with potential clients through telephone and email; - Identify business opportunities and tailor special deals based on each client’s needs, resulting in win-win situations for both the client and the company; - Actively engage with potential clients and assist in activation of their trading accounts; - Assist clients on KYC procedure and account opening questionnaire procedure; - Assist clients with the procedure to be followed pertaining to deposits; - Promote the Company's financial products and services in accordance with the Company's internal policies and procedures; - Assistance to the client at the stage of verification, provision of data on personality and experience, as well as replenishment of the trading account; - Adhere to standards and recommendations of compliance monitoring program in negotiating with customers, impeccable compliance with the laws and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Cyprus (CySEC); - Work in CRM system.

Duties: - Attracting and corporate customers, clients - legal entities and natural persons VIP- customers. - Opening accounts for corporate clients, legal entities and non-residents (collection of documents and full support of all operations) - Full support of clients' currency transactions (purchase / sale / conversion) of legal entities and individuals; Registration and maintenance of loans to non-residents; - Opening of current accounts, deposits for VIP clients of individuals - Lending to individuals; - SWIFT payments to individuals.

Processing of primary documentation, keeping books of purchases and sales, reporting in automatic mode, the submission of updated declarations. - Interaction with Banks, execution of documents for opening accounts, preparation of documents upon request of Banks related to the financial monitoring service - Work with tax inspectorates, acts of reconciliation, cooperation in the payment of taxes and settlement of claims. - Filling out international payment documents. Maintenance and support of transaction passports, maintenance of a register of contracts for foreign economic activity.

Customer acquisition and services for legal entities; - Lending, cash management; - Opening and maintenance of current, deposit accounts of legal entities; - Lending, cash management; - Currency transactions of corporate and SME clients.

Verification of payments, and sending them to ODB of the bank; checking utility bills, and sending them to ODB of the bank; compliance with the regulations for processing electronic settlement documents. - Analysis of payments and prevention of unauthorized debiting of funds from customer accounts. - tracking operations subject to financial monitoring, prevention of operations related to the legalization and laundering of proceeds from crime, or the financing of terrorism;

- Advising clients on bank products; maintenance of current accounts in national and foreign currency for enterprises of any legal form; transactions on deposit and cash withdraw ; Customer CSC, interest accrual, charge-off; - Answers to customer requests, the formation of statements, references and selection of documents to customers; responses to inquiries of authorized bodies and liquidators on customer accounts (payment requests, withdrawals, bankruptcy); - Currency operations , purchase and sale of currency for MIA; operations with precious metals.
