1. Providing support for the RTB platform users in order to explain them how the platform works, how to set up advertiser and/or publisher on the ad server, providing support in technical questions. 2. Resolving technical issues related to the RTB platform in case the users of the platform could not reach the result they wanted with their adjustments on the server 3. Work closely to developers department, bug reporting, functional testing, regression testing, re-testing, configuration testing, UI testing. 4. Creating user guide and “How to use” document for the RTB platform. 5. Providing educational course for the new employees to explain them the basics of work with RTB platform

Communication with English-speaking customers and partners via phone and e-mail, trouble-solving, communication with customers and job seekers via Live-Chat. Cooperation with colleagues located in the different countries, providing support for HR and PR departments of the company, administrating of current and potential employee’s database.
