The automated consolidated management reporting system Cronos was developed by RVO Soft under the technical guidance of Alexander Sokolov and my methodological guidance in 2022-2023 for a multiprofile group of companies. Cronos collects data from various 1C accounting systems on a daily basis and transforms them into transactions in a specially designed management chart of accounts, keeping the details down to a separate document. The master directory of articles ensures the unification and comparability of local directories of articles (costs, cash flow, other income and expenses), taking into account the individual needs of enterprises. Cronos ensures careful distribution of gross profit by counterparties, contracts, nomenclature groups, types of activities and cost items. In addition to flexible automatic accrual of management reserves for inventories and accounts receivable, there are tools for manual data adjustments. A package of monthly, quarterly, or annual reports consisting of 60-80 reports and charts is built automatically in a few minutes, and the human factor is completely eliminated. The activation period is about two to three months, including methodological run-up. The registration of payment orders, the formation of payment registers, flexible multi-stage coordination and control of payment execution are provided. Treasury reports provide powerful tools for forecasting cash gaps, cash flow planning and fact analysis in a large number of analytical sections: cash flow items, counterparties, contracts, settlement documents, projects, divisions, bookkeeping accounts, bank accounts. Access to data and functionality is strictly separated, and automatic monitoring of compliance with the approval procedure eliminates the possibility of unauthorized actions.
