Direct support SSTTBV’s Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Teams, as the first point of contact and day-to-day interface between the SSTTBV and local communities and stakeholders in Russia. Facilitate SSTTBV’s ongoing relationships with local communities and stakeholders by: •Participate in development of Sustainability Strategy and Community Liaison Implementation Plan; •Providing a forum for grievances to be lodged and managed; •Providing clear and simple answers to key issues faced by local stakeholders; •Presenting consistent information to local stakeholders; •Collecting and responding to issues raised; •Distributing written material to local stakeholders and explaining its content; •Meeting stakeholder representatives to ensure information shared is correct. Main Responsibilities include: •Book, facilitate and participate in consultations with local communities and stakeholders •Support local information disclosure and communications / awareness raising activities, including the development and translation of materials and their dissemination. •Act as a point of contact for local communities and stakeholders seeking information about the Project or who have issues or concerns, and reporting back as appropriate •Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Grievance Procedure •Support the development and implementation of the local CSR / Community Investment Programme, •Report on political, economic and social developments in the local area of relevance to the Project •Assist with the ESIA related activities, prepare and run public hearings, •Manage the expectations of regional and local stakeholders, •Consulting Contractor on the Sustainable Development issues, provide support to Contractor's Sustainability Team, •Management and maintenance of regional and local stakeholders lists, and ongoing support for the SE Program including monitoring and evaluation of SE and CSR programmes.

Leading and executing Project of installation of Nautical fuel stations at Croatia. Managing of operation of installed stations and daily operation of company Crno Zlato. Execution of the Project of Nautical fuel stations network for bunkering of yachts and boats in Croatia. Main tasks: -Drafting of the business plan for the project, including gathering of the preliminary information and marketing research. -Establishing of the new company in Croatia for the purpose of execution of the Project of Nautical fuel stations network for bunkering of yachts and boats in Croatia and administration of the Network. -Selection of contractors and services, control on the execution of their obligations, including technical control of technologies. -Drafting and justification of the strategic development plan. -Locating and selection of the suitable places for the installation of the Nautical fuel stations. -Legalization of the Project in Croatia according to the existing laws. Preparing and lobbing the needed changes in the laws. Work-groups for the changing in existing law also were established in concerned Ministries.

Leading the Representation of United Company Russian Aluminium (UC RUSAL) in Nigeria. Main tasks: • Administration, management and financial maintenance activities for the Representative office of UC RUSAL in Nigeria. • Implementation of the representative functions in the organs and institutions of power in Nigeria. • Negotiation and resolving issues related to the activities of the ALSCON plant in Nigeria at the national and regional levels. • Strategic development of the UC RUSAL activities in Nigeria.   Achievements: • Established a working relationship with the Nigerian authorities, state institutions and Ministries. • Developed agreements and work interaction schemes to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to the ALSCON Power Station. • Optimized financial management of company.

Management of the Department for Public and Government Relations at the ALSCON plant located in the troubled Niger Delta region of Nigeria. Main tasks: • Development and support of the project with the reconstruction of the plant ALSCON initial stages. • Positioning on a state level and the local labor market. • Correcting a mismatch between the approaches and cultures. • Building relationships with traditional and government institutions. • Creating and implementing the Social programs and projects for the local population. • Involvement in the regulating of the staff recruitment and the provision of contract works in the interests of the employer. • Interaction with the other companies and non-governmental organizations working in the region. • Cooperating with the media sources (print, radio, TV) Achievements: Selected and trained the efficient team. Created and executed strategy for the operation of Department and directions of work. Adjusted ALSCON image for local population, public organizations and achieved a balance in the work of Department with the traditional and the government structures. Executed re-positioning of the plant as an asset of UC RUSAL ligament - ALSCON. Conducted PR campaign for the delimitation of RUSAL from the debts of BPE (the previous owner of the plant). Started printing an internal newspaper to raise awareness of the workers and the local population about the process of modernization of the plant and for the purpose of internal communication as a channel to influence public opinion. Installed informational booths in the local tribes to raise awareness and provide feedback for Community. Organized the ALSCON Sports Committee, and held PR campaign to highlight the participation of business in the development of sports at the Akwa Ibom state. Organized and held a football tournament between the clans of Ikot Abasi Cup RUSAL ALSCON with advertisement at the media sources and on television, which has increased the popularity of RUSAL and ALSCON plant among the youth. Created database on contact persons and their areas of responsibility in the various institutions from the local level to Akwa Ibom up to the State level. Implemented in-depth analysis in the field of PR and community relations for the supporting of the dredging project of the Imo River. Established active cooperation with the youth clan;s movements of Ikot Abasi. Organized working relationship between ALSCON Security and the similar security structures in order to exchange information relevant to the safety of the enterprise and security of RUSAL ALSCON. Executed number of adjustments in the public's perception of particular events and people based on corporate and security interests. Prepared and executed low budget re-branding and opening ceremony of ALSCON plant with the participation of 1000 guests.

Main tasks: Under the immediate supervision of the Chief of Public order and Security inspect special cases in terrorism and security fields. Responsible for the gathering and management of security related information, terrorism prevention and threats mitigation policies and procedures; Crisis management, risk, threat and vulnerability assessments and security enhancement of the objects of public transportation infrastructure and other important sites within AOR. Conduct the inspection of the Police Departments and Security Units within North Caucasus on the matter of anti-terrorism and security in their areas of responsibility. Represent the North Caucasus Transport Police Department on security and anti-terrorism related meetings with the different agencies, authorities and organizations. Achievements: As a Senior Security Inspector I conducted multiple inspections of the Police Departments and Security units at the conflict areas of South Russian Federal District, in Chechen Republic, Dagestan, North Osetia, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and others. Assessed more than 100 objects of public transportation including airports, railway, river and sea ports with the practical recommendations for the security enhancements. Participated in the Joint Crisis Management group on the matter of suicide bombing of airplanes in the South of Russia as a consultant on the matters of suicide bombers methods and usage of multi component explosive devices. Developed and implemented security policies and procedures for preventing of terrorist acts on the transport infrastructure objects. Developed training materials related to the threat of suicide bombers terrorism and methods of its prevention for the purpose of the education of police officers in the field. Also I participated in the number of security meetings with KFOR, OSCE, EU and other organizations on the matters related to the security of principals. I established good working relations with the main international and national institutions working in the area. Personally I interviewed more than 40 persons, many of whom were the leaders and principals of political parties, international judges and prosecutors, UN and NGOs officials and visitors. Additionally I provided analytic support for the incoming V.I.P. delegations.
