Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential institutional clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve revenue targets;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the institutional segment;
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients;
Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and to drive product improvements based on client feedback;
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities;
Regularly update management on sales activities, forecasts, and progress against targets.

Requirements:
At least 3 years proven experience as Sales Manager in FinTech, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking or Insurance sector;
Strong knowledge of Derivatives products, Trade Finance, and Portfolio Optimization;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and managing client relationships;
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial products and client needs;

Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets;
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
