Senior Treasury Manager (EU)

My client, a leading investment IT company with its headquarters in Cyprus, is looking for a Senior Treasury Accountant to join their dynamic team. If you’re passionate about treasury operations and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

  • Russian language skills are a strong advantage.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with Cyprus and European banks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and requirements.

  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to ensure optimal financial health.

  • Handle cross-country payment processing, including complex cases and problem-solving.

  • Assess risks, make informed decisions, and take ownership of critical treasury functions.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
