Arrange for obtaining and accurately storing supporting and closing documents and files

Maintain up-to-date records of bank and other transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Transactions monitoring and recording in internal control systems. Preparing and maintaining detailed financial documentation and records.

Communicating constantly with other teams to obtain information and updates on payment-related and various other issues

Collaborate with senior financial analysts to develop insights and recommendations.
-
Monitor and reconcile bank account statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
-
Maintain up-to-date records of bank transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Conduct routine checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports.

Other ad hoc tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory

Fluent in English and Russian

Proficiency in financial software and tools (Microsoft Excel advance user experience is mandatory).

Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.

Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
-
2–3 years of experience in finance, back office or related roles.

Team-worker and also able to work independently.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, Russian and English)
