Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and source high-potential investment opportunities in leading iGaming startups.

Transaction Execution: Drive and close investment transactions, meeting defined targets while managing the full deal lifecycle.

Investment Committee Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling deal presentations, securing buy-in from the investment committee.

Project Ownership: Lead all stages of investment transactions, ensuring seamless execution from due diligence to closing.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in the iGaming and broader venture capital ecosystem by attending key events and fostering relationships.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the iGaming sector.

Materials Preparation: Craft high-quality marketing decks, investor reports, and other related materials.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a top-tier university.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking (top-tier), or strategy/valuation roles at Big3/Big4 consulting firms.

Certifications: CFA or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.

Deal Experience: Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals, particularly in the tech space.

Venture Expertise: Strong understanding of venture capital dynamics and deal structures.

Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, presentation preparation, and familiarity with transactional documents (e.g., TS, SAFE, SSA, SPA, SHA).

Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision, problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
