Commercial Director of ASP business, based in Limassol, Cyprus

To continue our growth within the new time requirements as WISE WOLVES GROUP, we are looking for a new wolf to join our extraordinary T-E-A-M.

Specifically, for our ASP, a licensed company with a full range of corporate services, such as incorporating, maintaining, and administering business as well as performing trust management, we are seeking to recruit a Commercial Director of ASP.

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability within the financial services organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal/ASP market, business development expertise, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships. The Commercial Director will work closely with senior leadership to expand the company’s market position and enhance client relationships.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Lead business development efforts, fostering relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Develop client network and sales channels
• Oversee pricing strategies, financial planning, and commercial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, partnerships, and deals to enhance profitability.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management practices.
• Drive Company’s results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the Group CEO, shareholder and key executive team members
• Roll out and implement actional plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and Company policies, all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiency
• Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that Company complies with the regulations of the CySEC
• Report to the Group CEO and shareholder, providing market insights and necessary advice when and where necessary

• 5+ years of commercial and operational experience in a senior role in an ASP or legal firm
• Familiarity with the best industry practices and professional standards
• In-depth understanding of the industry and market tendencies
• Solid executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
• Commercial focused mindset
• Comprehensive organizational and time management skills
• Positive and “can do” attitude
• Strong team player and sound leader
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field is an advantage
• Language proficiency in English is a must. Greek is an advantage
• Apparent computer literacy
