Freedom24 is a trusted online broker with expertise in the US, European, and Asian stock markets. The company is registered in Cyprus and provides a broad range of services across the global financial markets.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant who will take on a broad range of responsibilities, combining business operations support with personal assistant tasks. Your key mission will be to ensure seamless coordination and control of business processes, facilitate communication across teams and with external partners, and enable effective time management for the Director and the broader team.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Process Coordination:

  • Project management: gather information, create dashboards to track project and payment statuses;
  • Interact with banks, monitor payments, and review payment instructions;
  • Support the operations team with routine inquiries and manage communication with external contractors;
  • Handle document workflows: preparation, coordination, and timely signing of documents;
  • Capture action points from meetings, follow up on task execution, and send reminders;
  • Prepare meeting agendas and structure incoming information;
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks for the Director;
  • Coordinate team members on deadlines and deliverables to ensure on-time results.

Personal Support for the Director and Team:

  • Organize business travel: book flights, hotels, transfers, and provide visa support;
  • Liaise with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, errands);
  • Maintain a comfortable and well-organized working environment to optimize the Director’s productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a highly organized mindset;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of responsibilities;
  • Proficiency in office tools (Google Calendar, Excel, CRM systems);
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with people at different levels;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (minimum B1 level); knowledge of Greek is a plus.
