Business Analyst / Finance Analyst (Retail Brokerage)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the financial performance of the business, with a focus on the efficiency of Customer Support and Relationship Management teams;
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and current expenditures;
3. Develop data-driven business forecasts and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
4. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management;
5. Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.

1. 3+ years of experience in the retail brokerage industry in a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst role;
2. Experience in Big4 (financial sector) is an advantage;
3. A solid understanding of financial instruments (securities, derivatives, repos) is an advantage;
4. Proficiency in Excel, solid knowledge of SQL, and hands-on experience in building dashboards using any BI tool;
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders;
6. Fluency in Russian and English (required); other languages are a plus.
