Middle BI Analyst

We are looking for a proactive BI Analyst to become the core owner of our Tableau ecosystem. Our organization is highly sales-driven, meaning your work with data will directly impact revenue growth.

You will be responsible for building high-quality interactive dashboards, managing Tableau Server, and working closely with the Revenue team to track the sales pipeline and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate is technically strong in Tableau and SQL, but also has the business curiosity to understand operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Tableau Development & Administration

• Build functional, interactive, and visually polished dashboards in Tableau

• Manage Tableau Server (user access, permissions, project structure)

• Ensure data accuracy and freshness through extract and subscription management

2. Sales & Revenue Support

• Develop reports on sales pipeline, conversion stages, and lead velocity

• Deliver ad-hoc analysis using Tableau or Excel

• Proactively identify trends and opportunities in data

3. Collaboration & Processes

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions

• Work with data engineers to define and structure datasets

• 2–3 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics

• 1+ year with Tableau + Tableau Server experience

• Solid SQL skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)

• Understanding of sales metrics (pipeline, conversion, win rate, churn, MRR)

• Professional English

• Basic Python

• Understanding of statistics

• Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., workflow automation, AI-assisted data tools)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
