∙ Experience in Active Directory users administration;

∙ Experience in MS Exchange mailboxes administration;

∙ Experience in administration MS Windows Server shared folders in managing access rights;

∙ Experience in administration MS Windows Server 2012 R2 Terminal Services;

∙ Experience creating backups using Windows Server and MS SQL Server standard tools, and experience recovering data from backups.

∙ Setting office equipment (printers, scanners, multifunction devices);

∙ Configuring and administering PBX Panasonic, Asterisk;

∙ Installation and setup Windows 7/8/10;

∙ Installation and MS Office;

∙ Solving users problems with personal computers or laptops;


∙ Solving problems with hardware and software at users workplaces;

∙ Connect and configure new workstations;

∙ Connecting and Configuring printing or scanning devices;

∙ Connecting and configuring other IT equipment in the office;

∙ Configuring PBX Panasonic, Asterisk;

∙ Manage an AD domain users;

∙ Manage MS Exchange user mailboxes;

∙ User access administration on Terminal server;

∙ User software administration on Terminal server;

∙ User access configure at shared folders;

∙ Configure backup;

∙ Organization and control telephone and video conferencing (Cisco VCS equipment, Asterisk);

∙ Restore user data and system backups;

∙ Implementation of the recommendations and requirements of the system head office administrators.
