We are currently seeking a Chief Digital Officer (Digital Director) who will unite our digital technology and digital marketing into a cohesive digital strategy.

This crucial role will ensure the optimization of our digital marketing, operations and web products in order to provide clients with an exceptional experience.

With an in-depth knowledge of the end to end digital process & experience, this role will strategically drive our client acquisition, while also ensuring the optimization of the website to ensure a consistent client experience and improve our Market position. You will need an innovative approach to both business development and client experience, plus strong technical prowess.

Our new Chief Digital Officer will develop a deep understanding of customer experience. They will improve this experience by identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share. The role will be based in Cyprus and reporting to the CEO, with some regular travel to Asia.

You will be responsible for

  • Digital marketing and customer engagement

  • Digital user experience design

  • Customer-centric service innovation

  • Use of technology and IT to enable strategic capabilities

  • Responsible for ROI of customer acquisition during client's life-cycle

  • New digital services and business models development.

You will analyze sales, marketing, customer and operations data in order to drive the business while leveraging market trends and technologies to challenge the organisation to explore new methods and approaches to attracting and retaining customers.

This role will work in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including Sales, Customer Services and Technology.

The successful candidate will manage

  • Digital professionals, who focus on driving the customer experience and acquisition, through the publication of online content which supports our businesses strengths and strategies.

  • Digital product owners (website, personal area and mobile apps)

  • Regional and global social media channels.

Profile

  • The ideal candidate should be a talented individual with the skills to lead the business and team operationally, strategically and to drive innovation.
  • With a successful track record of delivering business growth and innovative digital solutions in a technology intensive organisation, you will be able to demonstrate your past contributions to the bottom line.
  • As a strong team player, with excellent leadership and influencing skills, you will be hands-on enough, to understand the complex detail behind the business which you are responsible for.
  • You will be used to ambiguity, adaptable and agile, and thrive in a dynamic and fast growing business.
  • The successful candidate will be a clear communicator in written and spoken English. Russian Language is an advantage.

Remuneration

  • Official employment for the employee in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and the EU, and registration of family members (work visa for the employee and dependent visas, Family reunification, for family members (spouses, children).

  • Medical insurance. On day one, an application is filed with the insurance company Trust for the employee and family members.

  • Consultation with and assistance from the company doctor for the employee and his/her family members by phone, at the company's office, or at a clinic.

  • Partial reimbursement of dental and ophthalmological expenses (for employee).

  • Partial coverage of medical expenses not covered under the insurance plan, for children up to one year old.

  • Full coverage of expenses on vaccines for children up to two years old (according to the European and Russian immunization schedule).

  • Prenatal care and delivery services (at the time of delivery, the term of insurance must be at least six months).

  • Company fitness center. Includes a gym, saunas, pool, and group classes. Spouses can use the fitness center as well.

  • English and Greek language classes. Exness pays 50% of the cost of the classes.

  • Parking near the office or a season ticket for public transportation. Based on the employee's choice, Exness pays for a parking space or a season ticket for all city bus routes.
