Duties and responsibilities:

• meet visitors, including couriers, receive calls, receive and send documents and shipments
• search and coordinate of suppliers for the IT office, quality control of deliveries
• regular ordering of food, beverages, office supplies, consumables, etc
• organize the work of cleaning and technicians, control of cleanliness and proper operation of the equipment in the office
• handle any issues related to the office on a turnkey basis: events, furniture purchases, repair works, etc
• prepare the workplaces of the new employees, purchase the necessary equipment
• run personal errands for management and provide travel support

Requirements:

• work experience as an office manager for at least 3 years
• excellent communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette
• excellent knowledge of English and Russian, Greek
• high level of responsibility and quality experience in solving non- standard tasks
• diligence, punctuality, honesty
• willingness to be in touch and respond quickly 24/7/365
