FUNCORP develops entertaining UGC apps that are used daily by tens of millions of people around the world. We actively expand our products and launch new ones using a data-driven approach, machine learning, modern technologies, tools, and SDK. No legacy, technical debt, and bureaucracy.

Duties and responsibilities:

- meet visitors, including couriers, receive calls, receive and send documents and shipments
- search and coordinate of suppliers for the IT office, quality control of deliveries
- regular ordering of food, beverages, office supplies, consumables, etc
- organize the work of cleaning and technicians, control of cleanliness and proper operation of the equipment in the office
- handle any issues related to the office on a turnkey basis: events, furniture purchases, repair works, etc
- prepare the workplaces of the new employees, purchase the necessary equipment
- run personal errands for management and provide travel support

Requirements:

- work experience as an office manager for at least 3 years
- excellent communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette
- excellent knowledge of English and Russian, Greek as a plus
- high level of responsibility and quality experience in solving non- standard tasks
- diligence, punctuality, honesty
- willingness to be in touch and respond quickly 24/7/365
